Order Cancellation
- Before Pickup:
- You may cancel your order before the scheduled pickup by contacting us at +1 (470) 709-5167. A full refund will be processed for eligible cancellations.
- After Pickup:
- Orders cannot be canceled after pickup.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- The wrong item was provided.
- The product was damaged or defective at the time of pickup.
- The order was canceled prior to pickup per our cancellation policy.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via brookwoodpetsupplies@gmail.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable products (e.g., pet food or treats) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
- Clearance and promotional items are non-refundable.
Missed Pickup and Refunds
If you fail to pick up your order within the specified timeframe and do not contact us, your order will be canceled 24 hours after the missed pickup time, and a refund will be issued as per our policy.
Replacement Policy
Replacements may be offered for defective or damaged products upon request within 3 days of pickup.
